About

Cheryl graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1999. She began her accounting career with a national firm in Calgary before returning to Grande Prairie in 2001, where she spent much of her school years. Cheryl obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2003 while working with a predecessor firm of Deverdenne Davis Cyr LLP and joined the partnership in 2010.

Cheryl works closely with owner-managed businesses and individuals, providing practical accounting, tax and advisory support. She values long-term client relationships and takes pride in helping clients better understand the financial side of their business.

Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time at the lake. Over the years, Cheryl has volunteered in various capacities with a number of local organizations. She is proud to have built both her career and her family in the Grande Prairie community.

Trevor graduated from the University of Alberta in 1990 and earned the CA designation in 1994, following in the footsteps of his father, Harold Davis. His career began in a local firm in Grande Prairie and in 2000 he purchased his father’s practice. In 2004 he joined together with the professionals who would eventually become Deverdenne Davis Cyr LLP.

Trevor has called the Grande Prairie area home since 1974 and has enjoyed watching the community grow and develop into the place it is today.

Pat graduated with a Bachelor of Administration from Athabasca University at the Grande Prairie Regional College in 2003. He articled with a local firm in the city where he earned his designation in 2007. Pat joined our predecessor firm Willsey Davis & Co. LLP in 2008, and is now a partner at Deverdenne Davis Cyr LLP since 2013. Pat grew up in the Peace River area and is fluent in both English and French.

Arlene graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor in Accountancy degree in 1988. She has called Grande Prairie home since 2004. In 2006, Arlene joined our predecessor firm Willsey Davis & Co LLP and continues to support our team at Deverdenne Davis Cyr LLP. Arlene enjoys spending quality time with her family, appreciating and exploring cultural diversity through travelling and volunteering in the community.

Kristen was born and raised in the Grande Prairie area, having grown up on her family’s farm near Saskatoon Lake. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2018. She began her accounting career with a firm in Edmonton where she successfully earned her CPA designation in 2021. The pull of home brought her back to Grande Prairie in the summer of 2021 where she continued her professional career by joining the team at Deverdenne Davis Cyr LLP.

Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys spending her free time with her family. You might find her with her family on the farm, where she values the opportunity to reconnect with nature, lend a hand, and create lasting memories with those closest to her. Growing up in a rural environment instilled in her the values of dedication, responsibility, and perseverance, qualities she brings to both her professional and personal life.

Kristen has previously volunteered with the Canada Revenue Agency Community Volunteer Income Tax Program which provides assistance in tax preparation to low-income community members.

Kenzie was born and raised in Grande Prairie and began her accounting career working as a student at Deverdenne Davis Cyr LLP during the summer of 2021. She then moved to Edmonton to complete her Bachelor of Commerce degree, graduating from the University of Alberta in 2022. She returned to Grande Prairie where she rejoined the DDC team and earned her CPA designation in 2025.

Kenzie has a passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and detail. From financial statements to fashion statements, Kenzie brings confidence, creativity, and attention to detail to everything she does.

Outside of the office, you can often find Kenzie at a concert, on the basketball court, or simply enjoying the day with her pets.
